REFUND ELIGIBILITY

NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

•⁠ ⁠The PKR 300 advance delivery charge is strictly non-refundable.
•⁠ ⁠Shipping, handling, and courier charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
•⁠ ⁠Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER CANCELLATION

•⁠ ⁠Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
•⁠ ⁠If an order is cancelled after processing has started, applicable charges may be deducted.

REFUND PROCESSING

•⁠ ⁠Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
•⁠ ⁠Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
