Advance Delivery Charges
A PKR 300 advance payment is required to process and confirm all orders.
The PKR 300 advance delivery charge is non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping Charges

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At AB Prime Tech, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality and functionality.
REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY
• Products are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage are not eligible for replacement.
• Change of mind or personal preference is not considered a valid reason for replacement.
• Products returned without original packaging may not qualify for replacement.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
